These video-based training courses for care workers are all endorsed by Skills for Care and CPD accredited. 
 
This course explores the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force in May 2018. The information of individuals receiving support must be recorded, stored and shared appropriately in line with the new legislation. The video highlights what is expected of care staff in regard to confidentiality and handling personal information correctly. This knowledge is essential for any organisation that wishes to fully adhere to data protection law. 

Each of our DVD courses includes lesson plans, handouts, an assessment quiz and a CPD certificate when passing the course.
