These video-based Equality and Diversity training courses for care workers are all endorsed by Skills for Care and CPD accredited. 

This course is designed to be fully in line with the Care Certificate Standard 4: Equality and Diversity. This training course will provide you with essential information about equality, diversity and inclusion in a social care environment for social care workers. Adapting a down-to-earth and common-sense approach, this video uses examples and illustrations to help you understand this important topic in an easier and more informative way. 

Each of our DVD courses includes lesson plans, handouts, an assessment quiz and a CPD certificate when passing the course.
